AGIBOT A2
AGIBOT’s bipedal service humanoid for front-of-house work: reception, guiding in showrooms and shops, and enquiries, with LLM-based voice and a facial display. In November 2025 an A2 Ultra walked 106.286 km from Suzhou to Shanghai in 56 h without teleoperation, according to Guinness World Records, with 15 battery swaps. AGIBOT currently sells the A2 Ultra and A2 Lite versions; its X (X1, X2) and G (G1, G2) series are separate platforms, not covered here.

What it does, and on what evidence
Five mandatory fields on every sheet. A product page proves neither commercial availability nor full autonomy: here we separate what has been documented from what is announced.
- 1 · Task
- Indoor front-of-house service: according to AGIBOT, marketing and customer service, showroom presentations, supermarket guidance, reception and enquiries; also performances and handing out light items. Designed for flat floors and moderate temperatures.
- 2 · Autonomy by task
Does on its own
According to AGIBOT, it navigates autonomously to defined points with obstacle avoidance, converses using a language model and performs predefined actions on voice command. During the November 2025 record walk it was not guided or remotely controlled, according to Guinness World Records, and handled traffic lights, narrow passages and crowded pavements, according to Xinhua.
A person steps in
It ships with a wireless remote controller and a wireless emergency stop; an optional VR remote-control kit is used to record new actions, and group-control software schedules routes and performances for several robots. The operator configures the knowledge base, wake words and face recognition. During the record walk a team followed it and its battery was swapped 15 times.[AGIBOT][Guinness World Records, 2026][Xinhua, 2025][heise online, 2025]
- 3 · Strongest evidence
Demonstration2025-11
From 10 to 13 November 2025 a series-production A2 Ultra, unmodified according to heise online, walked 106.286 km (Guinness record for the longest journey walked by a humanoid). In October 2025 it acted as receptionist and guide at China Mobile’s partner conference. AGIBOT says it is “widely used” in showrooms and customer service, but we have found no named customer documenting its use.[Guinness World Records, 2026][heise online, 2025][China Daily, 2025][AGIBOT]
- 4 · Access
- Commercial product
AGIBOT’s official store sells the A2 Lite for USD 44,560 and the A2 Ultra on request (checked on 2026-11-04), with a one-year warranty; CR (China), CE-MD, CE-RED (EU) and FCC (US) certifications, according to AGIBOT. In October 2025 the company said it had begun delivering to overseas customers.
- 5 · Lifecycle
- Current generation
Unveiled on 2024-08-18 alongside the A2-Max and the wheeled A2-W. In November 2026 AGIBOT’s website lists the A2 Ultra and A2 Lite in the A series alongside newer models (A3, A3 Ultra) not covered by this sheet.
